What is Alli? Alli is a drug that works with your body when you’re trying to lose weight. It targets the fat absorbing enzymes in your body and stops them from working, thereby sending the fat straight through your waste system and not allowing the body to absorb it. Alli is perfectly healthy because it only targets the fat, it still allows your body to digest protein and carbohydrates. Alli is not a “miracle cure” it works with you when you’re dieting. How’s it work? Generic Avodart’s ingredients are a type of medicine called a “5-alpha reductase inhibitor”. It works by stopping the action of a compound in the body called 5-alpha reductase.
